Manjha Estore is a revolutionary B2B and B2C marketplace for the fishery sector, connecting rural fish seed suppliers with buyers across India. We engineered a scalable platform capable of handling diverse product types, from live fish seeds to equipment, while bridging the gap between rural sellers and the digital economy.
Problem
The fishery industry in India is highly fragmented and heavily reliant on middlemen, which erodes farmer profits. Furthermore, the logistical challenge of transporting live fish seeds requires precise timing and coordination, which standard off-the-shelf e-commerce platforms simply cannot handle.
