Urban Bazaar is a high-velocity quick commerce webapp designed to streamline the grocery supply chain. We engineered the internal "Dark Store" technology to optimize product warehousing by shelf location, ensuring rapid picking and packing. Our team focused on integrating the platform with existing POS systems to create a seamless operational flow from order receipt to delivery dispatch.
Problem
Operational inefficiency in dark stores is the primary bottleneck for quick commerce. Pickers often waste valuable minutes searching for items due to unorganized warehousing, and inventory data on the app rarely matches physical stock, leading to high order cancellation rates and frustrated customers.

Once packed, the system scans the QR code, instantly notifying the nearest rider for pickup, reducing the entire cycle to under 3 minutes.

The final result is a highly efficient quick-commerce ecosystem. Urban Bazaar now operates with significantly reduced overheads and faster fulfillment times.
