Urban Bazaar is a high-velocity quick commerce webapp designed to streamline the grocery supply chain. We engineered the internal "Dark Store" technology to optimize product warehousing by shelf location, ensuring rapid picking and packing. Our team focused on integrating the platform with existing POS systems to create a seamless operational flow from order receipt to delivery dispatch.

Super Solution is a massive "Super App" ecosystem. We integrated three distinct business models—Product Auctions, On-Demand Services, and Delivery Logistics—into a single, cohesive mobile application. This required a robust microservices architecture to handle the complexity of diverse user flows.

MotoDealz is a dynamic marketplace for pre-owned two-wheelers, centered around a real-time auction model. Innovit Labs focused on high-concurrency performance, building a bidding engine that updates instantly to prevent bid clashes, along with an integrated chat system for post-auction negotiations.

We developed a specialized Vehicle Management System (VMS) for the Indian Army, designed to operate in a completely high-security, air-gapped environment. The solution is a web-based desktop application that tracks the service history and maintenance logs of defense vehicles. Crucially, the entire architecture runs on Local Area Networks (LAN) and local servers, ensuring zero data exposure to the public internet while maintaining connectivity between different service workshops via a secure internal intranet.

JobChing is an advanced recruitment tool designed to find developers where they actually live: GitHub. We engineered a system that indexes developer activity, allowing recruiters to filter talent by technology, location, and contribution frequency, and then reach out via a unified messaging platform.

Nextemi is a dropshipping bridge that connects Shopify stores directly to global manufacturers. We engineered the middleware that syncs inventory in real-time, automates order forwarding to warehouses, and optimizes logistics to ensure the lowest shipping rates and fastest delivery times.
