Project Description

Super Solution is a massive "Super App" ecosystem. We integrated three distinct business models—Product Auctions, On-Demand Services, and Delivery Logistics—into a single, cohesive mobile application. This required a robust microservices architecture to handle the complexity of diverse user flows.

Problem

Consumers are suffering from "app fatigue," forced to juggle multiple accounts for shopping, services, and repairs. Furthermore, service providers and delivery riders often work in silos, leading to logistical inefficiencies when trying to offer a comprehensive range of services in one geographic area.

Users are tired of downloading separate apps for plumbing, doctor consults, and buying products.

Managing different booking types (instant delivery vs. scheduled appointment vs. live auction) in one DB is complex.

Solution

We built a unified platform that acts as a central command center for daily needs. By using a modular microservices backend, we were able to combine disparate business logic (auctions vs. appointments) into a seamless frontend experience, supported by a shared logistics fleet.

Built a unified frontend that changes interface context based on the user's selected category (Service vs. Product).

Integrated a video calling module for tele-consultations (doctors/therapists) and a slot-booking engine for home services.

A user logs in and books a scheduled AC repair service. While waiting, they browse the "Auctions" tab and bid on a phone. They win the bid, pay for both the service and the product in one cart. A rider is assigned to deliver the phone, while the technician arrives at the scheduled slot—all tracked on one map.

Super Solution streamlined the user's digital life. By consolidating services, the app achieved higher daily active user (DAU) counts than single-purpose competitors. The unified payment and logistics backend reduced operational costs, creating a truly scalable super app infrastructure.
